Other services

Alongside our core work, we offer a range of specialist drone services designed to give you a clearer, quicker and safer view of your property or project.

Each one uses professional, fully insured drone technology to capture detail that’s difficult, costly or simply dangerous to reach any other way.

Whether you manage a single building or oversee a large development, there’s likely an aerial service here that can save you time and money.

Aerial building inspections

Our drone building inspections let you survey roofs, façades, chimneys and gutters without the need for scaffolding, ladders or expensive access platforms.

By flying close to the most awkward parts of a structure, we capture high-resolution images and video that reveal cracked tiles, blocked guttering, damaged pointing and general wear long before they turn into costly repairs.

It’s a faster, safer alternative to a traditional roof survey, with far less disruption to the people using the building. Once the flight is complete, you receive clear imagery you can use for maintenance planning, insurance claims or simply keeping on top of a property’s condition.

Thermal imaging surveys

Using drones fitted with thermal cameras, our thermal imaging surveys reveal problems that are invisible to the naked eye.

We can pinpoint heat loss, missing or damp insulation, and hidden water leaks across roofs, walls and flat roofing systems. For homeowners and landlords, that means a practical way to improve energy efficiency and lower heating bills.

For commercial sites, it’s an early warning system that helps you catch damp, leaks and structural issues before they spread. Every survey gives you a clear picture of where heat and water are escaping, so you can prioritise repairs with confidence.

Construction progress monitoring

Keep everyone on the same page with regular aerial photography and video of your construction site. Our progress monitoring captures dated snapshots from the same vantage points over the life of a project, giving you a reliable visual record of how the build is developing.

It’s ideal for site meetings, stakeholder updates and marketing, and it makes reporting to investors or clients far simpler.

Having a consistent aerial view also helps project managers track progress against the programme, spot delays early and keep the whole team informed without everyone needing to be on site.

Promotional & marketing
aerial footage

First impressions count, and nothing showcases a property quite like striking aerial photography and video. Our promotional drone footage gives estate agents, developers and commercial clients a unique perspective that ground-level photos simply can’t match.

Sweeping shots of the building, its grounds and the surrounding area help listings stand out, hold attention for longer and attract the right buyers or tenants. Whether you’re marketing a country home, a new development or a commercial site, professional aerial footage adds a polished, memorable edge to your campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to the most common questions our London customers ask about our professional roof cleaning services.

Yes. All our flights are carried out by qualified drone pilots who hold the relevant CAA permissions, and we're fully insured for commercial work. That means you can book any of our services knowing the job will be done safely, legally and to a professional standard.

Every job is a little different, so pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of service and your location. A standard roof inspection on a domestic property will cost less than ongoing monitoring of a large construction site, for example. The best approach is to get in touch with a few details and we'll provide a clear, no-obligation quote.

Most building inspections and thermal surveys are completed within an hour or two on site, depending on the size and complexity of the property. We'll then process the images and footage and send your results over shortly afterwards, usually within a few working days.

Drones can operate in a fair range of conditions, but heavy rain, strong winds and poor visibility can affect both safety and image quality, so we sometimes need to reschedule. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will always let you know in good time if a flight needs to move to another day.

Very little. In most cases we just need safe access to the site and, where relevant, the go-ahead from anyone living or working in the building. If there are nearby properties, restricted airspace or other access considerations, we'll handle the planning and any permissions on your behalf.

You'll receive high-resolution photographs and, where appropriate, video footage of your property or project. For inspections and thermal surveys, we can also highlight any areas of concern so you know exactly what you're looking at and can plan any repairs or next steps with confidence.
