Fantastic terrace cleaning — highly recommend for London flats with balconies or rooftop terraces
I had a brilliant experience with Szilard, who came to clean my rooftop terrace in central London. The terrace is on the 4th floor of my building, and I was worried about messy equipment being brought up through my flat. Szilard was incredibly patient, took the time to explain all the options clearly, and recommended a clever solution — using his van-based system and running a hose up over the balcony, which meant no mess inside at all.
He was friendly, professional, and showed up right on time. He worked safely and efficiently, completing the job in around 2.5 hours — just as estimated. The results were fantastic: the terrace was spotless, all the weeds were gone, the windows were sparkling, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
If you live in a London flat with a balcony or rooftop terrace that needs a proper clean, I 100% recommend Szilard. Great communication, excellent service, and a really thoughtful approach to working in challenging spaces.

Can’t recommend this enough. I had got a bunch of paint on my slate patio which I couldn’t get off. Szilard came and transformed the patio it looks good as new and he also did my garden walls and furniture as well. It was easy and affordable and Szilard was incredible nice and helpful as well. Will be using again!

Highly recommended, prompt, efficient, punctual and highly professional. I had my driveway, patio and gutters cleaned with window cleaning added on as a lovely gesture, am really happy with the fantastic service, Communication from the initial contact to the end has been faultless. I assigned a roof cleaning job to this company. From start to end Mr. Szilard was very professional. He explained me the entire cleaning process and the time it will take etc.
